摘要

高血压病Ⅱ期患者 70例

随机分为针刺治疗组 (针刺组 )及口服硝苯地平组 (对照组 )各 35例。经两周治疗

针刺组有效率 6 5 7%

对照组有效率 85 7%

P >0 0 5 ;两组均能明显降低血浆内皮素 (ET)水平

P <0 0 1

治疗后两组ET水平比较无统计学意义

P >0 0 5 ;两组治疗对血管紧张素Ⅱ (A Ⅱ )水平影响无统计学意义

P >0 0 5 ;提示针刺降压的机理之一可能是通过调节血管内皮细胞内分泌功能

拮抗ET的升压反应和促内皮细胞增殖效应

达到治疗目的
