摘要

对 1 5例慢性萎缩性胃炎病人

采用足三里、胃俞、肝俞穴位注射黄芪注射液和当归注射液治疗

观察治疗前后胃粘膜病理组织学增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)和核仁组成区嗜银蛋白 (Ag NOR)的变化。结果显示治疗后PCNA的阳性表达例数明显减少 (P <0 0 1 )

Ag NOR计数也明显减少(P <0 0 5 )

说明本疗法对胃粘膜细胞增殖、增生和分化具有调控作用

从而抑制胃粘膜异型增生

治愈CAG

防止癌变。
