摘要

以 72只新西兰白兔为实验动物

采用Allen法制成动物脊髓损伤模型。观察损伤脊髓中兴奋性氨基酸谷氨酸、天门冬氨酸含量的变化及电针治疗对这些变化的影响。结果显示

脊髓损伤后组织中谷氨酸 (Glu)、天门冬氨酸含量迅速升高

电针治疗对脊髓损伤早期的Glu含量升高有抑制作用

而后期

却有轻度促进Glu含量升高的作用

这可能是电针发挥疗效的部分作用机理。
