摘要

目的:评价电针联合活血化瘀中药、康复训练综合方案治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:采用多中心随机对照研究方法

将320例患者分为电针+中药+康复训练组(A组)、电针+康复训练组(B组)、中药+康复训练组(C组)、单纯康复训练组(D组)

每组80例。其中针刺取穴以两组穴位交替:①血管舒缩区、肩髃、髀关、合谷、太冲

②运动区、曲池、阳陵泉、肾俞

采用电针疗法;活血化瘀中药采用香丹注射液20 mL加5%葡萄糖250 mL或0.9%氯化钠注射液250 mL

静脉点注

每天1次;康复训练由专业康复师进行实施。各组根据所采取的治疗方案进行相应的治疗。以发病后3个月死亡/残障率作为指标进行疗效评价

对数据进行意向性分析(ITT分析)。结果:4组发病后3个月死亡/残障率分别为:A组17.5%(14/80)

B组22.5%(18/80)

C组40.0%(32/80)

D组31.3%(25/80)。A组疗效最佳

与C组、D组比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)

未发现不良事件报道。结论:电针、活血化瘀中药、康复训练三者综合应用

是临床治疗脑梗死的较佳手段。
