摘要

目的:探讨针刺治疗阿尔茨海默病(AD)的疗效及作用机制。方法:将20例AD患者采用补肾活血针刺法治疗12周

穴取百会、肾俞、血海、膈俞。采用阿尔茨海默病认知评价量表(ADAS-cog)评估临床疗效

采用酶联免疫吸附法分别测定治疗前后患者脑脊液、血浆、尿液中异构前列腺素(8-IPF2α)含量变化。结果:治疗后有效率为90.0%;ADAS-cog得分由治疗前35.70±4.70降低为治疗后31.45±4.08

前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗后患者脑脊液、血浆、尿液8-IPF2α水平均明显降低(均P<0.001)。结论:针刺可改善AD患者的认知功能

其作用机制可能与降低患者脑内脂质过氧化状态相关。
