摘要

目的:对比电针结合康复手法与单纯康复治疗中风后肩关节半脱位的疗效差异。方法:将60例肩关节半脱位患者分为针康组(30例)、康复组(30例)。针康组采用电针(穴取肩髃、肩髎、肩贞等)结合康复治疗

康复组采用单纯康复治疗。两组在治疗前后进行疗效评定及肩关节疼痛积分、被动肩关节活动度、三角肌中群肌力、上肢运动功能级别的评定。结果:两组在肩关节疼痛积分、被动肩关节活动度、三角肌中群肌力、上肢运动功能级别等方面的评定结果比较

差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)

针康组优于康复组;针康组总有效率为93.3%

优于康复组的73.3%(P<0.05)。结论:电针结合康复手法治疗可通过多个作用环节对肩关节及肩胛骨周围肌肉的肌力和肌张力发挥良性调节作用

从而有效改善肩关节半脱位。
