摘要

针灸的现代化和国际化是针灸学发展的必然趋势

然而目前国内针灸临床研究成果不能为国外的主流医学所接受和认可

问题的关键在于国内大多针灸临床研究的研究目的宽泛不明确

缺乏对现代科学研究方法的合理选择和运用。评价针灸治疗的特异性效应与评价针灸治疗的整体效应是我国针灸临床研究面临的两大主要问题

明确针灸临床研究目的、遵循循证医学原则、选择科学可行的研究方法

是针灸临床研究设计的核心和基础。基于针灸自身特点及针灸临床研究的特殊性

针对针灸临床研究的瓶颈和难点问题

如试验设计类型、盲法、对照组及疗效评价指标的选择等进行探讨和分析

以期为针灸临床研究者提供方法学指导

提高我国针灸临床研究整体水平。
