摘要

艾叶是传统的灸疗材料

古人对灸用艾叶的产地及艾绒的加工有许多详尽的记述

但目前灸用艾绒的质量及加工混乱

无统一标准

严重影响艾灸疗法的推广应用。本文对艾叶和艾绒道地药材、加工方法、质量判定方法

从古代文献、现代研究及临床应用等角度进行了较全面的分析

认为市售艾绒的加工缺乏规范

现有报道中采用挥发油评判艾叶质量的观点有待商榷

灸艾叶及艾绒的质量控制需要从物理性状、化学特性多方面进行深入研究。
