摘要

目的:优选面瘫的针刺治疗方案。方法:将63例面瘫患者按正交设计L9(3)4表随机分组、安排试验

采用A(针刺时机)、B(选穴配方)、C(刺激量)、D(电针时间)4因素3水平不同组合方案治疗

观察面神经功能积分的变化

对影响面瘫针刺疗效的A(针刺时机)、B(选穴配方)、C(刺激量)、D(电针时间)4因素3水平组合方案进行优选。结果:B(选穴配方)、D(电针时间)为显著因素(P<0.05)

其中B(选穴配方)为最主要的影响因素;在B(选穴配方)、D(电针时间)各自3水平中

B3(交替针刺两组穴位)、D3(电针疏密波治疗30min)为最佳。结论:交替针刺两组穴位

电针疏密波治疗30min为本试验的最佳方案。
