摘要

目的:比较电热针加穴位贴敷与口服西药治疗脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖症的疗效差异。方法:121例患者按就诊顺序分为针刺穴贴组(80例)和西布曲明组(41例)。针刺穴贴组采用电热针和穴位贴敷治疗

选择带脉、中脘、足三里等穴位进行针刺;选取神阙、中脘、关元等穴位进行药物贴敷。西布曲明组采用口服西药盐酸西布曲明胶囊治疗

两组均治疗4周后观察疗效。结果:针刺穴贴组总有效率为97.5%(78/80)

西布曲明组总有效率为70.7%(29/41)

经统计学处理

差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电热针加穴位贴敷治疗脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖症疗效优于盐酸西布曲明。
