摘要

目的:对比温针颈椎横突后结节前的脊神经和颈夹脊穴治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法:将180例患者随机分为观察组(120例)和对照组(60例)。两组均采用温针加拔罐的综合治疗

观察组要求通过C2-C7横突后结节为安全进针点刺中病变的脊神经并温针;对照组深刺相应的颈夹脊穴

其余治疗都相同。结果:观察组和对照组的有效率分别为96.7%(116/120)、78.3%(47/60)

临床治愈率分别为74.2%(89/120)、46.7%(28/60)

组间差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论:以温针横突后结节前的颈脊神经为主的疗法是治疗神经根型颈椎病的安全有效的方法

疗效优于针刺颈夹脊穴。
