摘要

通过对动眼神经麻痹针刺治疗的临床观察和古代相关经络文献整理研究

以循行、病候、功能为指标

对《内经》《奇经八脉考》中的相关经脉进行对比分析

动眼神经麻痹(风牵偏视)主要症状与《内经》中的目不开、目黄、目锐眦痛相吻合。结果提示:①调节跷脉功能是治疗动眼神经麻痹的重点;②十二正经与奇经八脉治疗本病的途径不同

正经治其标

奇经治其本

配合使用可体现中医标本兼治的理论思想和特色;③经筋病与动眼神经麻痹的病理变化关系密切

对完善治疗原则和研究方法具有参考价值。
