摘要

合谷穴善治急性热病、外感表证、神志病

是治疗气虚病证的常用穴。针刺用泻法

可疏风解表、清热宣肺

清阳明经以及气分之邪热

强刺激可通关启闭、开窍醒志。用补法

能补气固表、益气固脱

如针补合谷

配补足三里、百会

可补中益气、升阳举陷

具有补中益气汤之功;针补合谷

配补三阴交

可气血双补

具有八珍汤之效;针补合谷

配泻内庭

可清阳明气分之邪热

具有白虎汤之功效。
