摘要

目的:观察针刺结合西药对特发性震颤的临床疗效。方法:将60例特发性震颤患者随机分为两组

每组30例。针药组针刺百会、四神聪、太溪等穴位

同时口服普萘洛尔;药物组单纯口服普萘洛尔。治疗30天后分别观察两组综合疗效及震颤评分。结果:针药组总有效率为90.0%(27/30)

明显高于药物组的56.7%(17/30)(P<0.01);针药组震颤评分明显优于药物组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺结合口服普萘洛尔治疗特发性震颤相对单纯口服普萘洛尔具有较好的疗效。
