摘要

目的:观察穴位埋线对脾气虚青少年身高的影响。方法:将300例自愿增高、中医辨证为脾气虚的青少年

先按性别分层

再随机分成观察组、对照组、安慰组

每组100例。观察组用药线行穴位埋线

穴取足三里、脾俞、胃俞等;对照组给予赖氨酸磷酸氢钙颗粒治疗;安慰组给予面粉胶囊。治疗3个月、6个月后

进行身高测量

检测治疗效应。结果:观察组总有效率达95.0%(95/100)

优于对照组的49.0%(49/100)和安慰组的0(0/100)(均P<0.05)。观察组穴位埋线3个月、6个月后

身高增长明显

与对照组、安慰组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论:穴位埋线对由脾气虚引起的青少年生长缓慢可加快身高增长、改善症状。
