摘要

介绍近年来针灸在抗运动性疲劳

尤其在清除自由基抗脂质过氧化

对免疫功能的调节

防止运动性下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴功能紊乱

改善能量代谢

稳定机体内环境

缓解延迟性肌肉疼痛(DOMS)

抗精神、中枢疲劳等方面的临床和实验研究进展

说明针灸因其安全有效、不良反应少、不涉及兴奋剂问题等特点在抗运动性疲劳方面具有巨大的发展潜力。但在取穴、操作及指标选用等方面仍存在一定问题

需要今后积极努力探索

进一步发挥针灸在抗运动性疲劳方面的优势。
