摘要

目的:比较针刺悬钟合中药热敷法与常规选穴针刺法治疗跟骨骨刺症的临床疗效差异。方法:采用单盲、随机、对照的方法

将66例患者随机分为悬钟合中药热敷组(34例)和常规针刺组(32例)。悬钟合中药热敷组给予针刺悬钟合中药热敷法治疗

常规针刺组按常规选穴针刺治疗

穴取阳陵泉、昆仑等。比较治疗前后两组患者足跟疼痛积分、足跟肿胀积分、足跟灼热感积分、行走功能活动情况积分变化及愈显率。结果:悬钟合中药热敷组的愈显率为64.7%(22/34)

常规针刺组为37.5%(12/32)

悬钟合中药热敷组优于常规针刺组(P<0.05)。悬钟合中药热敷组在疼痛积分、肿胀积分、灼热感积分、行走功能活动情况及总积分方面的改善程度均优于常规针刺组(均P<0.05)。结论:针刺悬钟合中药热敷法治疗跟骨骨刺症疗效优于常规选穴针刺法。
