摘要

常规随机对照试验是评价药物干预疗效的金标准

但在非药物干预(如外科、针灸、推拿等)中遇到挑战

以专业技能为基础的随机对照试验弥补了它的不足

在外科领域得到较好发展

针灸领域尚未检索到相关文献。采用以专业技能为基础的随机对照试验具有可行性和实用性

在针灸临床研究中应该得到推广和应用。以专业技能为基础的随机化方案应该是未来针灸临床研究发展的方向。
