摘要

目的:探寻治疗寒湿型肩周炎的较佳治疗方法。方法:将60例肩周炎患者随机分为针灸组(32例)、针刺组(28例)。两组均采用针刺治疗

穴取肩髃、肩髎、肩贞为主

针灸组在此基础上加局部痛点灸治疗。结果:针灸组治愈7例

显效15例

好转9例

无效1例

愈显率68.8%

有效率96.9%;针刺组治愈2例

显效9例

好转13例

无效4例

愈显率39.3%

有效率85.7%。针灸组愈显率高于针刺组(P<0.05)

有效率比较

差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针刺配合痛点灸治疗寒湿型肩周炎的临床疗效优于单纯针刺治疗。
