摘要

目的:比较补肾活血法针灸并用与单纯针刺治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效差异。方法:将62例患者随机分为观察组(32例)和对照组(30例)。观察组采用针刺法加无瘢痕灸

针刺穴取膝关节局部腧穴

灸法穴取肾俞、血海;对照组单纯采用针刺

治疗2个疗程后观察疗效。采用Lysholm膝关节评分量表、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)及世界卫生组织生存质量测定表(WHOQOL-BREF)对治疗前后进行评分

并统计临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为93.8%(30/32)

优于对照组的86.7%(26/30)(P<0.05);两组治疗后Lysholm膝关节运动功能评分、VAS评分较治疗前均有改善(P<0.05

P<0.01)

且改善程度观察组优于对照组(P<0.05

P<0.01);生存质量评分两组治疗前后及组间比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:针灸并用治疗膝骨性关节炎有肯定的疗效

在改善膝关节运动功能、减轻疼痛方面疗效优于单纯针刺。
