摘要

目的:观察热敏灸治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法:将160例患者随机分为热敏灸组(54例)、传统悬灸组(53例)及针刺组(53例)

热敏灸组在患者颈项部、前臂及小腿外侧附近的经穴部位寻找热敏点施灸;传统悬灸组、针刺组均穴取夹脊穴、风池、肩外俞等

两组分别行温和灸与针刺治疗。观察各组疗效与治疗前后疼痛分级指数(PRI)评分。结果:热敏灸组有效率为98.0%(50/51)

传统悬灸组为83.0%(39/47)

针刺组为89.6%(43/48)

热敏灸组疗效优于针刺组(P<0.05)

针刺组疗效优于传统悬灸组(P<0.05);3组患者治疗后均能降低PRI评分(均P<0.001)

热敏灸组对疼痛的改善优于针刺组(P<0.05)

针刺组优于传统悬灸组(P<0.05)。结论:热敏灸治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效优于传统悬灸及针刺治疗。
