摘要

结合古代文献的记载与临床操作体会

提出揣穴在针刺操作中有以下作用:探明穴位

分散病人注意力

减轻进针疼痛;固护营卫气血;辨别气机的变化

控制针感的走向。要发挥揣穴的这些作用要求医者必先治神。在针刺操作中

不但要重视右手的操作

更要重视左手揣穴的作用

做到左右密切配合

以提高针刺疗效。
