检索1992-2009年中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)

将符合循证医学随机、可比、对照原则的文献进行梳理及研究。25篇相关文献资料分析显示

临床针灸治疗的腧穴配伍规则与机体局部解剖、神经、血管、内分泌腺的结构与功能密切相关;多个腧穴配伍产生的协同、抑制或拮抗效应

对临床疗效有重要影响。根据实验研究所揭示的腧穴配伍技巧及规律

巧妙应用于临床是针灸疗效提高的关键。
