摘要

明清西医东渐背景下

接受西医的中医医家参合西医知识

开始运用解剖观察、实证等方法解读经络的客观形态。他们尝试用动静脉血管解释经络形质

用血液循环及肺呼吸换气解释经脉营卫运行

而当经络与解剖形质不能完全对等时

有些医家提出了经脉气化特点解释其原因。明清医家汇而不通的实践结果表明了经络与西医纯粹解剖概念的不可通约性

为后人提供了很好的借鉴和启迪。
