摘要

分析针刀治疗的适应证和优势病种

文献量最多的前8种疾病依次是腰三横突综合征、屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎、颈椎病、跟痛症、肩周炎、肱骨外上髁炎、腰椎间盘突出症、骨关节炎

占文献总量的64.4%。运动系统慢性损伤、颈椎病、颈源性疾病、腰椎间盘突出症、骨性关节炎占文献总量的87.5%。针刀治疗适应证广泛

但分布不均匀

优势病种相对集中。针刀疗法的适应证和优势病种有很大的拓展潜力

今后应当以科学的方法和态度促进针刀疗法发展。
