摘要

目的:为针刺改善中风患者运动功能提供生物力学依据。方法:采用随机对照试验的方法

将21例患者随机分为对照组(10例)和电针组(11例)。对照组只进行神经内科的基础治疗

电针组在对照组治疗基础上加电针肾俞、气海俞、大肠俞、脾俞等穴

治疗观察2周。比较两组治疗前后Fugl-Meyer量表(下肢部分)评分、日常生活活动能力(Barthel)指数评分

运用生物力学信号观测单足支撑相比例的变化。结果:治疗前后两组患者的Fugl-Meyer评定日常生活活动能力(下肢部分)和Barthel指数评定差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05);但电针组在单足支撑相比例方面同治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)

与对照组比较

差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:电针可以提高中风患者单足支撑相比例

生物力学评定较康复量表评定敏感

可以作为疗效评定依据。
