摘要

目的:观察眼周针刺治疗干眼症的临床疗效。方法:将干眼症患者56例分为针刺组、西药组各28例。针刺组采用睛明、攒竹、丝竹空、瞳子髎等眼周穴位针刺治疗;西药组给予外用人工泪液滴眼治疗

观察两组患者治疗前后角膜染色、泪膜破裂时间、泪液流量及眼部症状积分等指标的变化。结果:针刺组延长了泪膜破裂时间、增加了泪液流量、降低了眼部症状积分

与治疗前相比

差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01);西药组治疗前后比较

在角膜染色、泪膜破裂时间、眼部症状积分方面

差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。针刺组在改善泪膜破裂时间、泪液流量、眼部症状积分方面优于西药组(均P<0.01)。结论:眼周针刺治疗干眼症有较好疗效。
