摘要

目的:比较刺络疗法与西药强的松治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎的疗效差异。方法:将70例紫癜性肾炎急性肾炎综合征型患者随机分为观察组(40例)和对照组(30例)。观察组分实证和虚证

实证采用三棱针点刺合谷、曲池、血海等穴

虚证采用毫针浅刺脾俞、肾俞、足三里等穴;对照组口服西药强的松治疗

观察两组治疗前后中医症状积分、24 h尿蛋白定量、尿沉渣红细胞数的变化

并比较两组疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为92.5%(37/40)

优于对照组的80.0%(24/30)

组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后中医症状积分、24 h尿蛋白定量、尿沉渣红细胞数均显著改善(均P<0.05)

且观察组的改善程度优于对照组(均P<0.05);治疗后观察组中实证组中医症状积分低于虚证组(P<0.05)。结论:刺络疗法治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎疗效显著

明显优于口服强的松治疗

且实证疗效优于虚证。
