摘要

目的:观察针刺干预对慢性疲劳综合征(CFS)患者的临床疗效。方法:将90例CFS患者随机分为观察组、对照组

每组45例。观察组针刺人迎、风府、百会;对照组采用5%葡萄糖注射液250mL加参脉注射液20mL静脉点注。比较两组患者治疗后疲劳量表(FS)各项评分。结果:观察组治疗前后FS总评分分别为9.37±2.33、5.41±1.96

对照组分别为9.08±2.27、7.34±2.03

两组患者FS脑力疲劳积分、躯体疲劳积分、总积分治疗后均较治疗前下降(均P<0.001)

且观察组较对照组下降更明显(P<0.05

P<0.01)。结论:针刺治疗及参麦注射液静脉点滴均能降低疲劳量表评分

改善CFS患者的疲劳症状

且针刺治疗的效果明显优于参麦注射液。
