摘要

目的:观察针刺配合言语治疗对脑卒中和脑外伤后构音障碍的疗效。方法:将61例构音障碍患者随机分为两组。观察组(30例)在言语治疗同时配合针刺颈项部廉泉、金津、玉液、风池、翳风和完骨为主

对照组(31例)只给予言语治疗

治疗9周后评价言语和声学指标的变化。结果:治疗后两组患者单词清晰度和篇章正答率均明显提高(均P<0.01)

观察组总有效率为96.7%(29/30)

优于对照组的67.7%(21/31)(P<0.01);治疗后观察组(12例)和对照组(11例)经喉发声空气力学分析仪检测的最长发声时间(MPT)均显著延长(均P<0.01)

且观察组改善更明显(P<0.01)。结论:针刺配合言语治疗能改善构音障碍患者的言语和声学水平。
