摘要

目的:寻找治疗周围性面瘫急性期的有效疗法。方法:120例面瘫患者随机分为观察组和对照组

每组60例。两组病例均给予常规的药物治疗

观察组在此基础上同时予浅刺患侧翳风、完骨、地仓、颊车、阳白、太阳、牵正、攒竹及健侧合谷穴为主及自制"面瘫穴敷方"进行牵正、地仓、阳白、完骨或颊车、太阳、颧髎、翳风穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组患者的痊愈率

并比较两组痊愈患者的疗程。结果:观察组患者痊愈率88.3%(53/60)

优于对照组的66.7%(40/60)(P<0.01)。观察组中痊愈患者的疗程较对照组明显缩短(P<0.01)。结论:在常规药物治疗基础上

浅刺加穴位贴敷治疗周围性面瘫急性期可提高疗效

并可以缩短疗程。
