搜索近年来发表于中国和美国的较高质量的期刊媒介上的随机对照试验的部分文献

调研分析其随机方法学、针灸试验方法的设计和执行情况以及社会相关条件

对部分资料按中国和美国两个总体做假设检验的统计分析

分析针灸随机对照试验中发表偏倚的原因。结果表明在设计和执行随机方面

中国和美国无显著差异;在执行盲法

尤其是盲检测者方面

中国显著地落后于美国。在针灸试验方法的设计和执行情况方面中国较优。发表偏倚还可能与社会对针灸的认识理解、接受程度相关。强调在针灸随机对照试验中严格实施盲检测者

是当前系统地提高针灸随机对照试验质量的关键。
