摘要

基于清代张璐《张氏医通》白芥子涂法治疗冷哮

对冬病夏治穴位贴敷疗法防治慢性咳喘的现代文献进行回顾性研究。借鉴循证医学的思维和方法

根据中医针灸学科特点

分析夏季三伏贴敷治疗咳喘病的常用腧穴和穴位处方选穴规律。结果显示冬病夏治穴位贴敷位居前10位的常用腧穴是肺俞、定喘、心俞、膈俞、膻中、肾俞、膏肓、大椎、脾俞、天突

多属于足太阳膀胱经、任督脉和经外奇穴。提示穴位贴敷处方的核心穴位是肺俞、定喘、心俞、膈俞、膻中

配穴可以根据辨证、疾病分期、辨病或对症加减。
