摘要

目的:探讨针刺治疗哮喘的效应机制。方法:40只SD大鼠按计算机随机数字表分为空白对照组、生理盐水对照组(NS对照组)、哮喘模型组、哮喘模型针刺组(哮喘针刺组)、哮喘模型捆绑组(哮喘捆绑组)5组。哮喘针刺组取穴"大椎""肺俞""风门"进行针刺治疗;哮喘捆绑组只捆绑

不针刺;其他组不予干预。免疫印迹法(Western-Blot)检测肺表面蛋白A(SP-A)。结果:哮喘模型组的气道阻力在哮喘激发后3

min时较空白对照组和NS对照组显著增高(均P

0.01)。Wes-tern-Blot检测显示哮喘模型组大鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液(branchoalveolar lavage fluids

BALF)中SP-A表达水平比空白对照组、NS对照组大鼠显著降低(均P

0.05)

哮喘针刺组大鼠BALF中SP-A表达与哮喘模型组相比较显著升高(P

0.05)。结论:针刺防治过敏性哮喘的机制与调节哮喘大鼠呼吸道内SP-A的表达有关。
