摘要

目的:比较转移兴奋灶针灸疗法与常规药物治疗突发性耳聋的疗效差异。方法:将80例突发性耳聋患者随机分为两组

每组40例。观察组采用转移兴奋灶针灸疗法

穴取涌泉(泻法

手法稍重)、听宫、听会、耳门

同时配合艾条热敏化悬灸涌泉穴;对照组采用常规药物治疗

对两组患者疗效进行比较。结果:治疗后两组听力损失分贝值均下降(P<0.05

P<0.01)

且观察组对听力的改善优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为80.0%(32/40)

优于对照组的55.0%(22/40)(P<0.05)。结论:转移兴奋灶针灸疗法治疗突发性耳聋疗效优于常规西医治疗。
