摘要

目的:探寻治疗躯干部带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)的较佳疗法。方法:将150例躯干部PHN患者随机分为3组

每组50例。点灸组单纯予壮医药线点灸葵花穴、局梅穴、手三里、内关、三阴交等;梅花针组单纯予梅花针叩刺葵花穴、局梅穴;点灸加梅花针组采用梅花针联合壮医药线点灸治疗

比较3组临床疗效。结果:1个疗程后

点灸加梅花针组有效率为88.0%(44/50)

与点灸组72.0%(36/50)、梅花针组40.0%(20/50)比较

差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05

P<0.01);2个疗程后

点灸加梅花针组治愈率为74.0%(37/50)

高于点灸组的54.0%(27/50)与梅花针组的22.0%(11/50)(P<0.05

P<0.01)。全部患者在治疗过程中均未发生不良反应。结论:梅花针联合壮医药线点灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛起效快

疗效优于单纯药线点灸与单纯梅花针。
