摘要

目的:观察针刺加穴位贴敷治疗子宫内膜异位症痛经的临床疗效

探索治疗本病的最佳疗法。方法:将73例子宫内膜异位症痛经患者随机分为针刺加穴贴组(36例)和药物组(37例)。针刺加穴贴组取中极、关元、子宫等穴位针刺

然后用药物贴敷治疗;药物组采用口服加味没竭片。观察治疗前后两组疼痛积分、临床疗效、止痛起效时间和维持时间。结果:针刺加穴贴组对子宫内膜异位症痛经的近期总有效率为91.2%(31/34)

优于药物组的83.3%(30/36)(P<0.05);远期总有效率分别为97.1%(33/34)、69.4%(25/36)

两组疗效差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组疼痛积分均较治疗前降低

且针刺加穴贴组较药物组改善程度显著(P<0.01);针刺加穴贴组较药物组止痛起效时间快(P<0.05)

维持时间长

止痛效果稳定。结论:针刺加穴位贴敷治疗子宫内膜异位症痛经患者疗效显著

是治疗本病的较佳疗法。
