摘要

目的:对比火针与毫针针刺治疗褥疮的临床疗效

探讨治疗褥疮的最佳方法。方法:将54例褥疮患者随机分为火针组和针刺组

每组27例。火针组给予火针针刺治疗

针刺组给予毫针针刺治疗

均针刺疮面及疮周阿是穴

观察两组疗效及不同分期患者所需治疗疗程。结果:火针组疗效满意率为91.4%(53/58)

针刺组为75.9%(41/54)

差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组褥疮Ⅲ和Ⅳ期患者的疗程数较Ⅱ期患者显著增加(均P<0.05)

火针组Ⅲ和Ⅳ期患者的疗程较针刺组明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论:火针治疗褥疮疗效优于普通针刺

是治疗褥疮的较佳方法。
