摘要

目的:研究电灸百会及神阙穴对脑血流量的影响。方法:采用PAJ多功能艾灸仪电子艾灸20名健康人百会、神阙穴

并应用连续光谱近红外光成像系统动态检测电灸过程中不同时间段前额皮层的血流量变化。结果:电灸百会穴20、30min后与初始数据比较

差异有统计学意义(P<0.05

P<0.01);电灸神阙穴则在10、20、30min与初始数据比较

差异有统计学意义(P<0.05

P<0.01)。结论:电灸百会或神阙均可显著促进脑皮层血流量

电灸神阙起效更快。
