摘要

目的:探讨电针治疗脑缺血再灌注性脑损伤的作用机制。方法:Wistar大鼠共75只

随机分为对照组、模型组、电针组

每组25只。除对照组外

其余两组采用大脑中动脉线栓法造成局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型

对照组只暴露左侧颈动脉

不结扎血管。电针组采用电针"大椎""百会"进行干预;对照组和模型组不给予电针干预。采用巢蛋白免疫组化法观察脑缺血再灌注后1、3、7、14、21d5个不同时相巢蛋白表达阳性细胞的数量。结果:缺血侧

电针组在3d、7d、14d、21d巢蛋白阳性细胞数量较同时相模型组有明显的增加(P<0.05

P<0.01);缺血对侧

电针组只在7d时巢蛋白阳性细胞数量较模型组有明显的增加(P<0.05)。结论:电针刺激大鼠"大椎""百会"可促进局灶性脑缺血再灌注海马区巢蛋白阳性细胞数量的增加

提示这种作用可能是电针治疗急性脑缺血疾病的重要作用机制之一。
