摘要

目的:探讨温和灸灸量相关参数(持续时间、间隔时间、疗程)与疗效的相关性及温和灸治疗高胆固醇血症的最佳治疗方案。方法:以高胆固醇血症患者为观察对象

温和灸神阙、足三里

以总胆固醇(TC)为指标

应用正交试验设计法

对影响温和灸降低TC疗效的3因素(持续时间、间隔时间、疗程)进行2水平搭配组合

并就血脂改变进行方案优选。结果:温和灸对高胆固醇血症患者降低TC的影响因素主次顺序为艾灸的间隔时间>艾灸的疗程>艾灸的持续时间;每穴10min优于每穴5min、2天1次优于1天1次、治疗6周优于治疗12周。结论:艾灸的间隔时间是影响温和灸治疗高胆固醇血症疗效的主要因素

温和灸每穴10min

2天1次

治疗时间6周为最佳治疗方案。
