摘要

目的:观察面瘫患者面部健患侧穴位温度不对称系数变化趋势

分析其与面瘫面部残疾指数的相关性

为红外热像图用于客观评估面瘫的严重程度提供参考依据。方法:使用红外热像仪观察面瘫患者针刺治疗过程中安静状态下面部穴区的温度情况

计算健患侧穴位温度不对称系数

分析温度不对称系数与面部残疾指数的相关性。结果:阳白、攒竹、地仓、鱼腰、颧髎、颊车6个穴位的温度不对称性系数与面部残疾指数相关(P<0.05

P<0.01)。结论:面瘫患者面部健患侧穴位温度不对称系数可以为客观评估面瘫的严重程度提供一定的参考。
