摘要

目的:观察腹针与西药对更年期妇女抑郁症的疗效差异

探讨腹针的有效性和安全性。方法:将60例患者随机分为腹针组和西药组

每组30例。腹针组给予腹针治疗

针刺取穴中脘、下脘、气海、关元等

西药组给予抗抑郁西药黛力新治疗

两组均治疗4周

随访4周。采用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)每2周对两组患者进行抑郁症状评分。结果:与治疗前相比

两组治疗2周、治疗4周、随访2周和随访4周的HAMD总分均明显下降(均P<0.01)。腹针组随访2周和随访4周的HAMD总分均比西药组低

差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组治疗4周临床疗效比较无明显差异(P>0.05)

但随访4周腹针组的临床疗效优于西药组

差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前和治疗4周后安全性指标均未见异常

但腹针组不良反应发生率明显低于西药组(P<0.05)。结论:腹针治疗更年期妇女抑郁症是有效的、安全的

不仅有效改善更年期妇女抑郁症状

疗效持续时间较长

而且症状反弹较少、不良反应少。
