摘要

目的:对比针刺推拿与恩经复治疗小儿分娩性臂丛神经损伤的疗效差异

探讨治疗小儿分娩性臂丛神经损伤的更优方法。方法:将40例小儿分娩性臂丛神经损伤患儿随机分为针刺推拿组和恩经复组

每组20例。针刺推拿组针刺肩三针(肩髃、肩髎、肩贞)、臂臑、手五里、曲池等穴

一指禅法及癎法进行推拿治疗;恩经复组肌肉注射恩经复。观察两组患儿临床疗效、治疗前后症状积分及肌电图变化。结果:针刺推拿组总有效率为90.0%(18/20)

优于恩经复组的55.0%(11/20)

差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);针刺推拿组肌电图改善有效率为90.0%(18/20)

优于恩经复组的45.0%(9/20)(P<0.05);两组治疗后症状积分针灸推拿组少于恩经复组(P<0.01)。结论:针刺推拿可促使小儿分娩性臂丛神经损伤患儿的受损神经及上肢功能恢复

疗效优于肌肉注射恩经复治疗。
