摘要

探讨脑功能成像技术在穴位特异性研究中的作用。检索利用脑功能成像技术研究穴位激活脑区方面的相关文献

对比分析其研究。结果发现:①针刺可改善脑血管病患者的脑血流低灌注状态

这可能是针刺治疗效应机制;②针刺治疗具有选择性调节作用

其效应与人体的状态和脑功能区的状态有关;③脑功能成像技术可以明确区分针刺的治疗作用和安慰作用;④穴位在激活脑区方面有一定的特异性

但不同实验所得结果不完全相同。脑功能成像技术可以用于研究经穴特异性

但诸多干扰因素影响实验的准确性

为了使实验设计更严谨

实验结果更具有说服力

今后的实验设计有待完善。
