摘要

目的:探讨缝隙连接与经络现象之间的联系。方法:分别采用1-庚醇阻断山羊腧穴缝隙连接及小鼠缝隙连接蛋白43(Cx43)基因敲除方法

用新型组织氧分压传感针检测山羊及小鼠膀胱经经穴("肝俞""大肠俞"等)及旁开非经穴处的氧分压。结果:①山羊膀胱经经穴的组织氧分压高于其旁开对照点

两者间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);②注射1-庚醇后

山羊膀胱经经穴的氧分压较未注射前及注射生理盐水均明显升高(均P<0.01);③缝隙连接蛋白Cx43野生型(WT)小鼠膀胱经经穴的组织氧分压明显高于其旁开非经穴点

差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01);缝隙连接蛋白Cx43杂合型(HT)小鼠上述各穴位点的组织氧分压也高于其旁开对照点

但差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);④WT小鼠各穴位点的组织氧分压均明显高于HT小鼠(均P<0.05)

而各非经穴点的氧分压两组间比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:缝隙连接在针刺信号转导过程中具有重要作用。
