摘要

目的:观察穴位埋线联合药物治疗幽门螺旋杆菌(HP)感染所致慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法:将92例患者随机分为3组

药物组(A组)31例

穴位埋线组(B组)30例和药物联合穴位埋线组(C组)31例。A组给予口服抗组胺、抗HP感染药物治疗;B组于曲池、血海、足三里等穴位行埋线治疗;C组给予穴位埋线联合药物治疗(药物同A组

穴位埋线同B组)。治疗3个月后

比较3组疗效、复发率及HP的转阴率。结果:A、B、C组愈显率分别为61.3%(19/31)、53.3%(16/30)、90.3%(28/31)

复发率分别为27.3%(3/11)、33.3%(3/9)、5.9%(1/17)

HP转阴率分别为31.3%(10/31)、26.7%(9/30)、77.4%(24/31)

C组临床疗效及HP转阴率均优于A、B两组(均P<0.01

P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线联合药物治疗HP感染的慢性荨麻疹疗效显著

复发率低。
