摘要

目的:探寻在直肠腔内超声(TRUS)引导下经会阴前列腺穿刺活检术中的镇痛方法。方法:将105例前列腺系统穿刺活检患者随机分成两组

A组(51例)采取前列腺周围神经阻滞加针刺双侧足三里

B组(54例)采取单纯前列腺周围神经阻滞。采用视觉模拟评分(VAS)评估患者在穿刺活检术后的疼痛感受

同时监测患者在术前、术中、术后的血压和心率变化。结果:A、B两组患者VAS评分分别为0.9±0.8、2.8±1.0

差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。B组术中、术后的血压、心率明显高于术前(均P<0.05)

且B组术中血压以及术中、术后的心率均明显高于A组(均P<0.05)。结论:针刺辅助麻醉可明显减轻患者在TRUS引导下前列腺穿刺活检术中的疼痛和不适

对患者血压、心率有稳定作用。
