摘要

目的:探讨针刺对慢性骨盆疼痛综合征(CPPS)的疗效及作用机制。方法:47例患者给予针刺加电针治疗

穴取中极、归来、阴陵泉、三阴交、关元、水道、血海、太冲为主。采用慢性前列腺炎症状指数(CPSI)

对患者治疗前后进行疼痛或不适感评分

检测前列腺液中白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNFα-)水平

分析其变化与疼痛评分的相关性。结果:治疗后CPSI疼痛或不适感评分较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01)

治疗后IL-8、IL-10、TNFα-水平较治疗前降低(P<0.01

P<0.05)

IL-10水平和疼痛症状评分呈正相关(P<0.05)

总有效率为89.4%(42/47)。结论:针刺治疗CPPS疗效显著

通过降低IL-10水平达到止痛效应

通过降低IL-8、TNFα-水平以消除炎性反应。
