摘要

目的:探寻治疗终末期肾脏病维持性血液透析患者虚证的有效疗法。方法:将97例终末期肾脏病维持性血液透析患者随机分为观察组(51例)、对照组(46例)

两组均采用西医常规治疗方法;观察组在此基础上给予纸管贴穴灸疗器艾灸足三里、三阴交两穴。比较两组治疗前后症状积分

进行证候疗效评价。结果:观察组治疗后全部症状积分均有改善

差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)

尤以倦怠乏力、气短懒言、食少纳呆、腰膝酸软、畏寒肢冷等症状改善最为明显;证候疗效方面观察组总有效率64.7%(33/51)

优于对照组的23.9%(11/46)(P<0.05)。结论:灸法能够改善终末期肾脏病维持性血液透析患者临床症状

对该类患者的虚证有一定的治疗作用。
